mcres -monitor 명령시 화면 갱신이 되지 않음

SYMPTOMS
1. mcres -monitor LGCSEL4_RG 명령시, 기본적으로 화면갱신을 3초 마다 진행하지만, 실제 갱신되지 않는다. (그룹 온라인/ 오프라인 명령 수행 후 확인)
2. mcres -monitor LGCSEL4_RG -t 2 명령시에도 화면 갱신을 하지 않는다.
CAUSE
MCRes에서 새로 갱신 할 때 갱신할 데이터를 가지고 오지 않고 있었음.
SOLUTION
새로 갱신할 데이터 가져오도록 수정
CUI 그릴 때 완전히 클리어후 새로 그리도록 수정 (fixed version: 4.1.2)
