물리적인 네트워크 어댑터를 관리합니다.
기능
MCCS는 네트워크 장치에 온라인/오프라인 같은 명령을 내릴 수 없습니다. 네트워크 카드는 하드웨어적으로 설치됨과 동시에 운영체제에서 관리되기 때문입니다. 이런 특성 때문에 네트워크 카드는 리소스 타입의 Actions 속성값이 None이며, NoAction 이 true인 값을 가지고 있습니다.
이 것은 리소스를 시작/종료할 수 없고 모든 노드에서 동시에 운용이 가능하며, 상태에 대한 감시만 한다는 것을 의미합니다.
Online
네트워크 카드 리소스는 온라인 할 수 없는 리소스 입니다.
Offline
네트워크 카드 리소스는 오프라인 할 수 없는 리소스 입니다.
Monitor
AdapterName 속성을 참조하여 해당 네트워크 장치의 링크 상태를 체크합니다. 네트워크 카드 리소스는 네트워크 장치가 연결되어 있는 상태일 때에만 정상으로 판단합니다.
장치의 링크는 연결된 상태이지만 클라이언트로의 연결 상태가 보장되지 않는 경우, 보다 정확한 모니터를 위해서 TestAddressList 속성에 ICMP 테스트 할 주소를 등록할 수가 있습니다. 해당 주소로의 ping 테스트에서 정상적으로 응답을 받으면 네트워크가 정상이라고 판단합니다.
TestAddressList에는 하나 이상의 IP 주소를 콤마(',')로 분리하여 등록할 수 있으며, 장애 감지 시간은 등록된 주소 수만큼 길어지게 됩니다.

정의
시스템에 장착된 물리적인 네트워크 장치를 감시합니다. 네트워크 주소를 가지기 위해서는 네트워크 장치 리소스가 정상적으로 작동을 해야 하며 주기적으로 감시할 필요가 있습니다.
네트워크 카드가 복수개 설치된 시스템에서 개별 네트워크 장치를 구분하기 위해서는 MAC 주소나 장치 드라이버에 등록된 이름, 네트워크 연결 등록 정보에 등록된 이름 등을 사용할 수 있는데, 이 중에서 네트워크 카드 에이전트는 네트워크 연결 등록 정보에 등록된 이름을 사용합니다.

Adding
Add the network card resource to a group.
When you add the network card resource to a group, it will be immediately activated and displayed as online.
- Select a group → right click → 'Add Resource'.
- Select 'NIC' from Resource Type lists and click 'Next' button.
- Enter resource name and select NIC.

Select the resource. -> Right click with the mouse. -> Delete the resource.

*Network card resource characteristics
MCCS cannot use the online/offline commands to a network device. It is because a network is managed by the OS as soon as it is installed in the H/W.
Due to the characteristics, a network card's resource type action attribute is set to none. Also, its NoAction value is set to true.
The attribute value cannot be used to start or terminate the resource. It is operable at all nodes at the same time but it only monitors the status. It is called a monitoring only resource.
