DRX

DRX(Data Replication Xcelerator) is a replication accelerator used in conjunction with replication solutions (BSR, FSR, DRBD) to build a disaster recovery(DR) sites.

DRX acts as a proxy of sorts, connecting directly to replication, accepting replication data into buffers within DRX and then using buffering and compression to optimize data transfer across the WAN to the DR site.
