SYMPTOMS
"cmd 창에서 scsicmd 명령 출력시, 아래와 같은 exception 발생
java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Program Files\MCCS\config\vccs.cfg (지정된 파일을 찾을 수 없습니다)
scsicmd 명령을 수행시, 각 결과마다 vollock help 창이 출력됨

잘못된 파라미터로 인한 vollock help 메시지.
SOLUTION
Ativator에서 파일 없을 때 찍던 printStackTrace 제거
